Shannon Weaver received her Bachelors Degree in History from Stillman College and her Law Degree from Georgia State University. She brings over a decade of family law litigation experience to the firm. Prior to her start with Fairell Roy & Associates, Shannon previously worked exclusively representing fathers and men in Family Law matters. As such, she has specialized experience navigating the challenges and biases faced by men in the areas of divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence, and alimony.
Although she has a number of years representing men exclusively, it must be noted that she spent the earlier part of her career representing women. Having experienced a divorce with children firsthand, Shannon is passionate about providing strategic, aggressive representation to parents navigating divorce-while working zealously to minimize the negative impact that litigation can have on children.
While Shannon is not working, she stays busy being football/basketball Mom to her youngest two children, Jalen and Madison; being a doggie Mom to their puppy Shaw; and finding time to enjoy her oldest daughter Kennedy’s favorite sport- Shopping.
